About Cross & Laurel

Cross & Laurel is a christening design with a small gold cross set inside a round laurel wreath, tied at the foot with a blush bow, on sage-tinted paper.

Faint rays spread from behind the cross, and gold berries sit among the paired leaves on both sides of the wreath. Names are cut in Cinzel’s Roman capitals, and a gold seal finishes the card. Classic and quietly formal, it pleases grandparents and godparents who care about tradition. Opening the link pulls the card from a sage pocketfold while leaves tumble past, then a countdown in pressed type runs to the service. The programme card holds the welcome, the christening, a garden lunch and the cake. Each acceptance sends a flutter of olive-green leaves past, flecked with silver. Fitting for a church baptism, a christening with lunch at home, or an adult baptism at Easter.
