Community events without the chasing

Clubs, congregations, classes and families gather often, and someone always has to count who is coming. A digital invitation turns that into one list: each member opens their personal link, replies in seconds and tells you whether they are bringing a plus-one and about any dietary needs.

It suits the gatherings that keep a community together: a church dinner or Eid gathering, a book club evening, a neighbourhood potluck, a class reunion or the family reunion you have been planning for months. Every design and every reply is free, and members never need an app.

Each member replies from their own link, so answers stay private: only you, as the host, see the full list. Create a separate invitation for each gathering from one account, and a monthly club night or a yearly reunion becomes easy to repeat.

Timing

When to send community invitations

  1. 3–6 months before

    Reunions

Family and class reunions need early notice because guests travel. Send a first invitation as soon as the date is set.

  2. 3–4 weeks before

    Celebrations and dinners

Church dinners, galas and annual gatherings.

  3. 1–2 weeks before

    Potlucks and club nights

    Casual gatherings need less notice.

  4. A few days before

    Final count

Set the RSVP deadline just before you buy food or confirm the room.

Digital invitation or flyer

Digital invitations vs. flyers and group emails

Flyers and group emails spread the word, but they do not tell you who is coming. A digital invitation does both.

Questions

Community invitation questions

Is Reponelle free for clubs and churches?

Yes. Designs, personal guest links and RSVP tracking are free for every event, with no paid package.

How many people can I invite?

Each invitation can have up to 1,000 personal guest links, enough for most congregations, clubs and reunions.

Can a family reply together?

Yes. Give the household one link named after the family. One person replies, and the note can say how many people are coming.

Can I run more than one event?

Yes. You can create several invitations from one account, for example one for each club night or season.

Can I collect dietary needs for a potluck or dinner?

Yes. The reply form asks about dietary needs, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and halal, and members can add a note, for example to say which dish they will bring.

Do members need an account?

No. Members open their personal link in any browser and reply without signing up.
