A quinceañera marks a girl’s fifteenth birthday and her passage into young adulthood. In Mexican, Latin American and Latino families in the United States the day often begins with a Mass of thanksgiving and continues with a reception: the court of honour of damas and chambelanes, the waltz, the changing of the shoes, the toast and dinner for a hundred guests or more. A Sweet 16 is the American cousin of the quince, a milestone party a year later, usually without the ceremony.
Both are paid for by the plate, so the family needs real numbers early. An online quince invitation gives the celebration one page with the Mass, the reception, the dress code and a reply button, and each guest or family opens it from a personal link. Padrinos, grandparents and cousins in another state get theirs the same minute. It is free for the family and for the guests.

Mass and reception on the same day. Use the programme for the Mass, the grand entrance, the waltz, the toast and dinner, and add a map link to the hall.
Ask your damas and chambelanes with an invitation of their own, months ahead, with the rehearsal dates in the welcome message and the colours of the dresses and suits in the dress code.
From a dinner with friends to a ballroom party. Say whether it is formal, name the theme and give parents a clear end time.
A reception without the Mass, a garden brunch or a small dinner instead of a ballroom. The invitation still tells guests where, when and what to wear.
Each guest receives a personal link in a private message, so nothing appears in a group chat she can see. Ask for secrecy in the welcome message.
Each invitation is written in one language. Many families write the welcome message in both English and Spanish, or make a second version in Spanish for the grandparents.
Timing
Tell family who travel as soon as the church and the hall are booked, and invite the damas and chambelanes so that rehearsals can begin.
The usual window for quince invitations. Three to four weeks is enough for a Sweet 16 at home or at a restaurant.
Halls and caterers ask for the final count two to three weeks ahead. Guests can change their answer until the deadline you choose.
Look at who has not answered and call or message them yourself. If a time changes, edit it once and every link shows the new one.
Digital or printed
Printed quince invitations are part of the tradition, and many families still hand a few to the padrinos and the grandparents. A digital invitation reaches everyone else and counts the answers.

Six to eight weeks before the celebration, with a save the date about six months ahead for family who travel. For a Sweet 16, three to six weeks is usual.
Once the invitation is saved, create a personal link for each guest or each family in your account. Copy the link and paste it into a text, an email or any chat, or tap the Share on WhatsApp button next to it to open WhatsApp with the message already written. Guests reply on the invitation itself, and every reply arrives in your account.
Her full name, her parents’ names and, by tradition, her padrinos; the date, the time and place of the Mass and of the reception; the dress code; and the date you need replies by. A short line of thanks to God and to the family is customary.
The birthday girl’s name, the date, the start and end times, the address, the theme or dress code, and whether a parent should reply for younger guests. Add the reply date so that you can confirm numbers with the venue.
Create one link in the family’s name, such as “The Ramirez family”. One person replies and writes in the note how many adults and children are coming. The form itself offers one plus-one at most, so the note is the place for a family’s numbers.
Yes. You choose one language for each invitation: English, Spanish, French, Brazilian Portuguese, German, Arabic, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Italian, Indonesian, Polish or Turkish. For guests who read different languages, write a bilingual welcome message or create a second version and send each guest the one they read best.
