Champagne, mauve and engraved butterflies
About Mariposa
Mariposa is a quinceañera invitation in champagne and mauve, with an engraved butterfly over a leafy wreath, for a fifteenth birthday with a waltz.
A butterfly with finely patterned wings hovers over two curving leafy branches, drawn in mauve line on a pale champagne card, and Mis XV años is set below in a display serif over a plum seal. It is the lightest of the quince designs. A mauve pocketfold opens, sparkles float across, and letterpress marks the days left. Mass, the grand entrance, the waltz, dinner and dancing make a natural schedule. Butterflies flutter up and glow when a guest accepts. A good match for a daytime quinceañera, a garden quince, or a fifteenth with a pastel theme.
