Delete your Reponelle data

You can delete your account and everything in it at any time. Here is how, and what is removed.

How to delete your data

From your account
Sign in, open My account and choose “Delete your account”. Everything is deleted immediately.
From Facebook
If you signed in with Facebook, open Facebook Settings → Apps and websites, remove Reponelle and send a deletion request. We remove the Facebook connection, and the whole account if Facebook was your only way to sign in, and give you a confirmation code you can check on this page.
By email
Write to info@reponelle.com from your account’s email address. We delete your data and confirm within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your name, email address, password and sign-in connections
Every invitation you created, with its guest links and your guests’ replies
Messages you sent through the contact form from the same email address

Visit statistics are anonymous and cannot be linked to you. Drafts and links saved in your browser stay on your device until you clear its site data.

Did you reply to an invitation?

Your reply belongs to the host’s event. Ask the host to remove you, or write to info@reponelle.com with your invitation link and we will delete your reply.
