Rocket & Stars: a birthday invitation template

Rocket & Stars is a space birthday invitation template in midnight blue and gold, with a rocket among the stars, for planetarium trips and space parties.

An ivory rocket with a tomato-red nose and fins climbs on a yellow flame, leaving a dotted trail, past a small ringed lilac planet and a scatter of gold stars; a thin gold rule frames the card, and Blast off, Noah! sits above a red seal. The deep blue makes it a good pick for older kids who find pastels babyish. A midnight-blue paper sleeve comes off to reveal it, the remaining days are pressed in letterpress numerals, and shooting stars streak across the screen on opening and with each acceptance. The afternoon might go rocket-making, a planetarium show, astronaut snacks and cake, with space cadets as the dress code. Pick it for a seventh birthday at a science center or a stargazing night in the backyard.
