Bone, oxblood and tarnished brass; a spirit board by candlelight
About The Séance
The Séance is a Victorian Halloween party invitation template in bone, oxblood and tarnished brass, with a spirit board, for candlelit evenings.
A rounded brass frame like the edge of a spirit board encloses the card, faint diagonal stripes run behind it like old wallpaper, a glowing orb hovers by the date, and a brass planchette points up toward the title, The spirits are listening. The opening is a spirit board and its planchette, the countdown is dealt in tarot cards, and the evening follows a planchette’s trail from tarot in the parlor to the last waltz. Moths gather around a candle glow whenever a guest accepts. Host it as a grown-up Halloween dinner, a murder-mystery night, or a gothic costume party.
