The service
Reponelle lets a host create a digital invitation, send each guest a personal link and collect their replies online. Invitation designs, opening animations, personal guest links and RSVP tracking are free. Hosts sign in before creating invitations; guests respond without an account. No payment details are requested for the free service. These terms apply from the moment you create an account or open a guest link.
Your account
You must be at least 16 to create an account. Give accurate details, keep your password to yourself and tell us if you believe someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what is done with it. One account belongs to one person; a planner or venue can create invitations for clients from their own account.
Hosts and guests
As a host, you confirm that you may contact the guests you invite and that your invitation is yours to send. Each guest link is private to whoever holds it; anyone with the link can open the invitation, so share links only with the guests they are for. Guests may change their reply until the deadline the host sets. The host sees every reply; Reponelle does not contact guests on the host’s behalf.
Acceptable use
Use Reponelle only for genuine invitations and lawful events. Do not use it to send unsolicited messages, to harass, deceive or impersonate anyone, to publish content that infringes someone’s rights or that is unlawful where you or your guests are, or to probe, scrape or overload the service. We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules, and we tell you when we do unless the law prevents it.
Your content
Your invitations, photos, messages and guest lists stay yours. You give Reponelle only the permission it needs to store them, show them to the guests you invite and make the service work. You can edit or delete them at any time, and deleting your account deletes them.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted service, and we may limit usage to protect it, for example the number of guest links per invitation. We may change or retire features; any change to what is free is announced before it takes effect, and we will never charge for something you already created without telling you first.
Liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Reponelle is not liable for indirect losses, for a guest’s reply being wrong or late, or for content hosts or guests publish. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. These terms are governed by the law of the country in which Reponelle is established, unless the law of your country gives you rights that cannot be waived.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the new version is published here with its date. Changes that reduce what you can do are announced to account holders by email before they take effect; continuing to use the service after that date means you accept them.
